It's time to get outside in July! Join us as we take on the challenge to get a little healthier this July by committing to get outside every day, rain or shine.
Making a small commitment can lead to major life changes. Whether learning lifesaving skills, defensive training, or physical training, we are always looking at ways to improve ourselves and those around us. We want to challenge you to join us this July to get outside and exercise every day. And if you already do, we challenge you to take it to the next level!

Challange Rules!
15 minutes of activity every day
Must be outside!!!
You can walk, jump, skip, or do anything else that keeps you moving! Yes, golfing counts!
Bonus: drink at least one quart of water every day!

25 minutes of activity every day
Must be outside!!!
Option A: Run or Jog for the whole time.
Option B: Carry a ruck, a weight vest, or some other weight (Kettlebell, Sandbag, small child, etc) for the whole time.
Bonus: drink at least TWO quarts of water every day!
Why outside you ask? What if it rains you say.
Well, life is full of reasons not to follow through. But when we do hard things, and we don't let excuses or life stop us we become stronger physically and mentally. We build resilience!
